can you elaborate a bit more on what the author means by 'zero hour'....i think i know, but i'm not sure and would like to know precisely what he means when he says credit growth will no longer have an impact on the real economy...

In 1980 $1 in credit/debt added $1 to GDP
in 2000 it was $4 to add $1
Now it is $8

That is off the top of my head
I wrote about this somewhere before in my blog.
But now I am on the road on a dialup line that I am not positive is local.
