usa participation was convenient, and primarily for its own good, and if not, the russians would have come in time, and for their own good, the end result would have been a more thorough cleaning of japan gang-military-political establishment by a genuine victory in china against japan, instead of a stillborn victory that may well, in time, prove to be the lead-in to the next war. under no scenario could japan kept its conquest in china. you don't actually believe the most evil side in any conflict can win and stay that way, do you? are you not a man of faith?
