Yes, and it's more than doubled since the drop due to the Apria Healthcare announcement (I almost bailed out then, but held on).
Smallcaps are in vogue now and RESP has been consistently growing earnings at about 20% per year. The PE is getting a little ahead of the growth rate here however, so I wouldn't expect an explosive move in the stock price from here unless it is bought out or it significantly beats earnings ests.
