I didn't catch who the two are and know nothing about Banakas other than that you said he's committed to restoring shareholder value.

Why did you buy?

Bill Matthews writes the Cheap Investor Newsletter and recommended it in the October issue, before the news of Harvey's lawsuit against the company was released.
