Thanks for the valuable information. It is usually common sense that when more stocks are offered, more money is needed. It probably mean 3 things for MMP:

1. They are either badly in debt and need more R&D money.
2. Their new products are in the "closer" process of being approved for BIG TIME marketing.
3. Their current R&D sucks and they may need to aquire some company to expand their potential.

However, historically pharmaceutical stocks has always been volatile at this stage of "make or break". It could go either way. Well, at least I feel comfortable the demand for this stock so far still exceeds supply. GO MMP!

P.S. Did you look at another company called CLTR. I have been following both MMP and CLTR based on recommendations and it seems to have the same run-up sequence as MMP.
