I didn't actually dislike Clinton. I didn't respect some things about him but I didn't hate him. I don't like his wife very well but thats another story. You can talk about being less safe today - and everyone is entitled to their own "feel" of safe or less safe. But when I awakened on 9/11 I felt a whole lot less safe then I did on 9/10 and we had done nothing to warrant that attack. I haven't felt totally safe since and maybe thats good. We've been walking around watching stuff like that happen in other countries but ALL of us had a "Can't happen here" mentality. Now its happened and its going to happen again. People are back to their old way of thinking so it will take another shocking event before they realize we can't cover all the borders. The bills were already something our kids were going to be paying for - no different than us paying the bills our parents politicians created. Stealing from the future has become a national pastime. Whether by direct dollar or terrible miscalculations of cost, stealing is and has been the rule for a very long time
