And yes those young men from Duke were wronged to a much higher degree than the gals from Rutgers.

I don't know that I agree.
The men from Duke were wronged while in actions they should not be proud of. It's more like they were being played from a nasty con, and as W.C.Fields revealed - You can't cheat an honest man.

The gals from Rutgers, on the other hand, were ambushed for a performance that should make them, their families, and their school most proud.

I think the Duke case is one of finding that those who play in the dirt sometimes find themselves soiled more than they expected, while the Rutgers case was a drive-by cheap shot for which the girls were no way whatsoever associated with the sleeze factor of the situation.

I know that I disagree.
The Rutger's gals had the greater degree of harm.
