<<The one thing I think HK has that you should brag on is the tax system. I'd like us to copy it.>>

... feel free, it is not copyright protected.

... other things:
- small government
- absolute absence of red tape, burdensome or not
- universal health care
- multiple language education system
- common law / tort procedure
- food
- energy pricing
- capital control and th lack thereof
- immigration procedure
- family values
- religious tolerance
- ICAC (independent commission against corruption)
- public safety (function of police to population ratio, and general behaviour of population)
- non-issue as regards to sexual orientation
- no big deal as regard to publishing
- ...
- ... on and on

... all superior to anything else that is out there anywhere in the galaxy.

so far, china mainland is gravitating towards hk, and hk has not budged one bit, because freedom is seductive

For the USA to even come close, its government would have to be shredded to 1/20 its current size, on per capita basis, for starters, at all levels, and gradually trimmed back more, for the next 10 years, and its tax forms would have to be reduced to 2 sheets of paper, one for personal and one for corporations.

Its legal/accounting professions would have to be pounded down to 1/70th of its current size, on per capita basis.
