You have no idea what we all witnessed in the 1990's. The economy was blistering and it had nothing to do with politics. Nobody knew what to do because they'd never seen anything like it. The convergence of technology, productivity, low unemployment, low inflation, low energy prices, low interest rates and extraordinarily high paper gains was like nothing we've ever seen in modern times. That wasn't a Clinton thing.

Actually I agree. The only problem is that for Gore to have won we'd have had to count 105% of the vote
