Tommaso, I've been away for a few days (at the Casey Conference) and am only now working through the SI posts. This one of yours caught my eye. FWIW, I sold my position in YCKM a couple of weeks ago. Here's why: 1) I was very PO'd to find that there was a fairly recent private placement for a bunch of "offshore investors" at VERY favorable rates for them (much, much better than you and I can get by buying on the market). Is the "fix" in ? 2) The YCKM website has virtually no information of any value on it! Why can't they be more more forthcoming about their Co like the vast majority of decent websites. Are they trying to hide something? 3) For the life of me I can't see where their market cap comes from. Could someone explain to me why they are worth US $275 Million ??? What assets do they have that are worth this kind of money? If the assets they got from STM are worth this, then something doesn't smell right to me regarding the relationship of STM and YCKM insiders..... These questions were enough for me. I decided that I would rather put my money somewhere else where I don't have questions! Cheers Energy_Investor
