This fishing in the WH papers by Congress has got to cease. Your position would be completely reversed, Bill, if the Dems were in the presidency and the Reps controlled Congress. It's called balance of powers and congressional oversight. And this time the oversight is not about WH affairs but serious matters of state. If the Dems handle the "fishing" well, a great deal of very dirty laundry will get washed via congressional hearings.
