Conservatives get lashing over income trusts Gwendolyn Richards, Calgary Herald Published: Saturday, April 14, 2007 Conservatives were hit with an angry, verbal bashing in one of their own ridings Saturday over the federal government's decision to tax income trusts. But the Calgary MP hosting the two forums was adamant his government would not "flip-flop" on the issue. Constituents and others in attendance heckled Calgary Southeast MP Jason Kenney when he tried to defend the controversial decision made by the Tories last fall, yelling "Come on Jason!" in frustration.
