The cheapest way to make a Living Trust is to use the services of paralegals who usually work out of the "store front" legal services companies. However, I don't recommend going this route as it is essentially a "do it yourself" trust.

Given how important a Trust is, and the long term implications, I would recommend that you consult with a Lawyer who is a certified estate planner. Given that there are tax implications, long term legal issues, complex laws, and many different forms, or types of trusts, you want a well thought out trust. The cost of a trust from a lawyer is approximately $2000 to $3000. You can interview 2 or 3 estate planning lawyers and then decide what you want to do.
