Well Mr. Owl, based on no news at all, I think it can go back to $4 simply because it's done it before. Remember, I am assuming that small float stocks do get manipulated. I have always just considered that a fact. And knowing that has served me well for many years.

For example, why did it run up over $4 not so long ago? No fundamental reason that I can see. The company is doing better now than it was then. If the fundamentals continue to improve or if the Fed cuts rates that could be even better. And I think both could happen.
