I was in Michigan last summer and had two days of diarrhea,

We were to go to Mackinaw Island and I truly didn't know how i could do it as I was so weak and drained..

I took a small packet at the suggestion of one of the
party who told me to put it in my bottle of water. I did and drank it slowly. It was filled with all goodies including electrolyte replacements..

I rode a bike 10 miles that day .. Those little packets are available at the health food stores.
