I recently posted a link to a company that's in the process of making a bankable feasibility statement (BFS) was using $11. Someone else posted a link to an analysts' report saying he'd increased the number used from $5 to $8. I also suggest it may be reasonable to use one sixth of spot as I've seen in gold. I've looked at some of my holdings and asked the question what does Mr Market value the historic assets of this company and he replied $2.70. When I talk to employees of uranium E&P companies they always know that Mr Market will value their PITG higher as they have more and more drill data up to a max at a NI 430-101 resource estimate. It is in no way reasonable to value your assets at spot or to believe that your investors are so naive as to buy it.
