I'm afraid I've gone numb. I just read the headlines, which aren't surprising. It just seems we won't be getting out of there until Bush has left office, and it might take some time after that. Which is a shame, but it just seems pre-ordained and inevitable. Maybe it's some sort of karmic charge for invading in the first place, a punishment on our country.
