Robert, I am currently short SEBL, just started the position this week at about $42. It is very overy valued based on a growth rate that can not be sustained. Also SEBL is about to receive some major competition from the upgraded BROC sales automation software which will be released in December. The new BROC software is just emerging from development in the Ga Tech "incubator" and, in my opinion, is a leap ahead of the SEBL product. BROC is making use of Internet "push" technology and "intelligent agents", real state of the art stuff but presented in a manner that "Mr. Average" can use it and backed by a great sales force and client support staff.

My current position is long BROC and short SEBL with a target of 15+ for BROC and 32- for SEBL. These are my opinions, as always do your own research.
