Cheney lied about divesting himself of Halliburton stock. Then he got caught and gave it to "charity", actually his own library at the University Of Wyoming. The Library Of Greed and Deception.

Knowing Cheney, you can be sure there's a handshake deal worth over 100 million for him waiting, for all those no-bid Halliburton deals. And with Halliburton moving to Dubai they won't be under US SEC scrutiny anymore. Nor will they have to pay US taxes. Even though they make almost all their money gouging US taxpayers.
