Thanks for the feedback. Very helpful! I have no clue how any of this works, so I may ask for some help in the future if that's ok.

I'm starting at the bronze level ranked something like 7600/12000, so I well expect to not get great seats if I get them at all. I'd like to have decent seats by 2014-2015.

Do you know how often they do the reorgnizations? Are they announced or scheduled well ahead of time?
