Peeled off some shares from CMCSA (Comcast- Recent threee-for-two Stock Split in Feb 2007) and CVX (Chevron) and rolled the proceeds into COP (Conoco). COP pays a slightly higher dividend than CVX. COP has a lower forward PE than CVX (8.33 vs 10.52) and allows me to diversify my Integrated oil group. CVX is trading at an all time high and represents a 2:1 weighting compared to my next largest oil holding (XOM).

I think I will continue to move CVX money into COP over the next several quarters. I like COP's domestic holdings specifically their natural gas reserves and pipeline partnerships assets.

Over the last five years, these Integrated Oil companies have out performed the S&P significantly. COP is the top performer during this period with XOM and CVX following.
