I just figured out "slick". That's what my tiny backyard will be when the landscapers get done. They're taking out the patch of grass and laying in red and gray pavers with an edge of lava rock for a border. No more mowing for this old man... now that's SLICK! I can take care of this with a broom or hose. SLICK! But not slippery.
