Shouldn't this read A survey commissioned by international development agency Oxfam International and released today, highlights how the decision by the Palestinians to elect a government dedicated to the destruction of Isreal and the resultant suspension of Western aid and Israel's refusal to transfer money owed to the Palestinian Authority (PA) has led to grave humanitarian consequences for Palestinians.

Aid wasn't suddenly suspended for no reason. The root cause of the suspension of aid was the Palestinian's decision to elect Hamas to lead them.

Funny how your article leaves that part out......
