this president of the university is just unbelievable... he just said they didn't issue a lockdown because they decided too many students were in 'transit' between classes.... the FACT is they had no way of knowing the shooter had left the campus....but they decided for god knows what reason, to issue a lukewarm warning 2 hours later.... now...he's saying 'this all happens within a few minutes' (in response to a question about the decision making process as to a full scale lockdown) no....sir.....you had 2 f'ing hours unconscionable
