We have a stock certificate which was given to Ricardo J. Fernandez by Leslie BudWay, an Officer of SLJB that showed: 100 shares of Sulja Building Supplies, Ltd. issued to Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. on August 31, 2006.. BUT NOW we have information from the Province of Ontario that states that the very same company, Sulja Building Supplies, Ltd, which issued those 100 shares was actually incorporated on the same date, August 31, 2006 that it issued the shares to Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. HEY Hasn't the company that owns the Ontario Lumberyard been around for over 20 years? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?
