It publishes some data, such as the coupon passes. It
suppressed publication of broad money supply M3, and it is growing like weeds,
12% annually lately, a record. I wonder what they are doing to it.
M3 includes all sorts of credit. BLS and Fed are not the same
agency. Some say money and credit is the same thing, but
I beg to differ. $10,000 borrowed from a credit card or HELOC
is not the same thing as $10,000 earned. The difference between
now and the 70-s is that in the 70-s it has been earned, while
now it has been borrowed.
