let's discuss a mortgage solicitor
acting as a mortgage broker. i see both a
mortgage broker and a mortgage banker can
act as a mortgage solicitor in nj, but i
don't see in the nj licensed lenders act
quoted below that would allow for a mortgage
solicitor to act as a mortgage broker!
lma(zz)o a poser is a person who habitually
pretends to be something he is not!

ooops say it aint so,
"living out of lying",
leading a second life in cyberspace
while articles

Hovanesian, and Heather Timmons etc

go uncorrected about a certain prolific
internet poster being a mortgage broker who
isn't even registered as one in nj but is
licensed as a mortgage solicitor working
for a subsidiary of citigroup!

hmmm ... might there have been an elaborate
"credential" masquerade played out via the
media over a span of several years?

a poke at registration records is rather
revealing! a few clicks can yield surprises
about companies, brokers and solicitors.
might roddy, gary, christopher or some other
reporter explain why a certain someone who
has been portrayed in their articles as a
mortgage broker doesn't appear to be
registered as one in nj, but is registered
as a mortgage solicitor there? granted
"mortgage broker" does have a more
impressive ring to it than "mortgage solicitor",
but does it ring true for robby, gary
and christopher to take to print? are
there any reporters up to the task of
printing corrections about what seems
to have been in my opinion a scam, a
masquerade of deception. readers haven't
been intentionally misinformed with a
misrepresentation of the truth by several
reporters, have they? do those reporters
not know or care that there is a
difference between a mortgage broker
and a mortgage solicitor? any word from
the fake mortgage broker who spent countless
hours going on and on about fake phd diplomas?
