I didn't realize you were using "securities fraud" in the legal sense. I wasn't, and apparently should merely have referred to "stock manipulation" as fraud rather than securities fraud.

But sharp-penciling the terminology still seems moot, as I see no evidence that Nokia's PRs are manipulating either their own stock price or QCOM's.
