I'm not sure we can end it. The only viable "exit strategy" left is to empower the emerging Iraqi government with everything it needs for security. Like I read somewhere, the basic human right isn't free speech or the right to vote, but rather security. We may need to choose.

But I don't think we should be sticking around there for much longer.
