No, I haven't noticed that- probably because it's not true.

Frequently these killings occur on school campuses (because young people are not as stable as old folks- and they have no real appreciation for death- which is not to say some older folks who should know better necessarily do) where it is advisable not to have kids running around with guns, but as you should know, they happen elsewhere.

This man obtained his weapon legally, and one of the guys involved was a former deputy- I'm sure he could have carried a gun. Many of the shooters who kill their colleagues at work do so on premises that have armed rent a cops, and I doubt they know who has carry permits at work. So I'd take out that "always" if I were you.

I would be willing to bet quite a tidy sum of money that a policy of having kids with guns on campus would lead to many more deaths per year than 33, but since most people are sane, we won't have to watch the deaths mount up so I can win that bet.
