Democrats in Congress should take one of two positions:

1) cut off funding NOW and force the issue.

or

2) defer to Bush as commander-in-chief, and let him
have his funding with no restrictions; they could
still state their strong disagreement with Bush's
policy.

The approach the Democrats are taking now is very bad for
them politically, in my opinion.
