In God we Trust and swearing oaths on Bibles is not enough to make the US a theocracy. You are misquoting the other claim. If anything the US leans to far in the other direction, sometimes placing restrictions on the free exercise. Why are you making the theocracy charge if your purpose isn't slander btw?
