I applaud your optimism.

I love the idea of a utopia, but I do not think man is wired for that. I do agree we can be better, but you don't want to push the utopian model too far or you end up with a nasty dystopia- or so our earthly models have shown thus far.

I think we would both like to live in the same sort of world, we just don't agree on the plasticity of the human species. And that's ok. No way to resolve that debate here and now.
