I think the fundamentals are horrible. Who is left to buy? Who is left to qualify if 80K of income will qualify you for 240-270K lier loan. Investors are running scared and they are going to get burned.

In California, The median age foreclosure between May 05-June06 was 15 months.

The isn't going to suddenly turn. Home prices havn't even dropped yet. This is looking more and more like a massive pyramid scheme. I don't think anyone should bail anybody out...
