There is no reason why a mission such as preparing for 9/11 could not be pulled off with ordinary looking contractors under everyone's noses Except it makes me wonder what are all those contractors doing now? Were they all from Afganistan or Saudi Arabia or did Al Qaeda recruit from Mexico too? Wouldn't any of the managing contractors notice that all the workers left the country? or do you think they are still there planting explosives in other projects. Your what-ifs don't stand up to a minutes scrutiny. TP
