yes. as stand alone software companies both WEBM and BEAS had/have no future... it's a perfect fit for an ORCL, they have the dbase layer, they've acquired the application layer via Peoplesoft(JDAS), the integration layer is a perfect fit.

Same scenario holds true for IBM.
