Let's see. Take a bunch of hormone-filled, sleep-deprived, homesick kids who are probably away from home for the first time; put them into a pressure-filled environment; add alcohol and drugs...

then ARM them all?

Instead of one mass shooting five years or so, you'll have hundreds of shootings each year.
