Below is a (I believe complete) list of legal actions filed against Qualcomm from the time Broadcom began shooting through Aug '06.

The only thing close to July occurred in August, but by then the $20 decline in QCOM was pretty much over. There might have been counter-claims filed in July, but I'm not inclined to work that hard to prove someone else's point. :-)
