2 points--actually thoughts i had yesterday watching the coverage. I am probably wrong with these but thats what came to mind.

1. Some of the evidence at this time points to terrorists of some type not to a disgruntled student. Chained doors shut from the inside. Dispassionate murder of student after student almost in professional hit manner. A few folks have pointed this out. Its hard to accept that explanation i know but the guy who filmed the event was named Barghouti and was from the WB originally and living in Saudi Arabia. The Barghouti clain in Palestine is well known and one of them is serving multiple life sentences in israel right now for repeated acts of terrorism and murder. The Barghouti guy was on TV for an interview. He said all the right things and sounded very sincere. Man i hope i am wrong.

2. The Holocaust syndrome was evident. Students line up and shot like cattle going to slaughter. One gunman could have been taken out much earlier one would think if male students risked their lives and went after him en masse. Unfortunately something psychological goes on in these situations that seems to preclude that behavior. But of course there was Flight 93. Maybe those folks had some more time to think.
