The NRA made it possible for the shooter to get heavily armed.
In Asia they have very strict gun laws. There is almost no gun violence. But they have even more violent video games and manga movies. In this country the NRA has defied the Reagans and Brady Bill and gone about making it easy for anyone to get anything they want, even military weaponry with which they can overpower the police and FBI. The LAPD is very concerned about that, I know.
