The question is what are the royalties, what are Ovonics' plans, and what does ENER do with its Ovonics stake. With commercial development coming closer to fruition, and the stock not responding so much, did we see high water mark last year when oil was going crazy and (yet more) pie in the sky hopes for alternative energy approaches drove ENER to the high $50's. quid
