Bob Sturgeon, Good post. Checked out the story and it concurs with what I have thought all the time. If the patent was hogwash it would have been thrown out long ago. Coupled with this is the knowledge that Big Blue, along with 19 other co's., has licensed to E-Data. Everyone must draw their own conclusions. I always say that if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it MUST be a duck!!! So if GIFT looks like it has a viable patent based on the evidence so far it looks like a big winner! Bob Witt
