Well, yes, but as we stated before if the metal rockets then where do they get the coin for the margin calls?? And with EPM, the delays? All I'm saying is the actual documentation of the loan is critical, just like the documentation behind these warrats! Whats the ratio, what happens in a buyout... with loans, what DOES send it into default, and what are the banks "recourse" when default occurs? Investment banker geeks at these banks are all over this stuff, believe me, it won't be THEM that is holding the bag mummbling hamna hamna hamna.... unless the bag has a mine in it. dAK
