and for some reason you want to excuse what appears to be, imo, criminally negligent behavior

and of course my addressing the negligence of the admin and police certainly doesnt shift blame for the murders from the killer, for you to suggest as much is just another fallacious argumentation device on your part to try to minimize the role of the police and university
