What if Amphastar has been told by the FDA that they are not going to be approved. Since it is a private company they would not have to announce it. Would that info be insider info so as to prohibit trading on it? Just guessing but I think not. TEVA likewise could know that they are not going to be approved. I would think they would need to make an announcement unless it was not material - which for them it might not be. ij
