HAHAHAHAHAHA, ever hear of Form 4473? That is the Federal Background check form. After that form is filled out, you fill out a State form which is very very similar. You then have to have two forms of ID with the same address. Then they go to the computer which links to the FBI to do the background check. When the puter is down they make a phonecall instead. There is also a 1 handgun purchase allowed per month unless you are a concealed carry permit holder, which this guy was not. And now you say the NRA loves minorities...which is it?
