Greenboy - please substantiate so the info can be disseminated. As you are aware, in high tech companies such as Cymer, stock and options are typically a significant portion of upper management compensation. Thus, they have to sell some in order to enjoy a certain standard of living.

However, this does not mean that there hasn't been significant selling going on. Please outline the selling from your source so it can be assessed.
