Anyone submitted bids on the IBKR ipo, and if so, would you care to comment on your strategy of bidding in this dutch auction... the whole process is a tad peculiar in that everyone ultimately pays the lowest price required to clear the entire 20M shares.

Any idea how the institutions will play this... surely they do not have to submit their bids via the openipo platform online?????
