Thanks for posting that news release. It seems to me like a bit of good news for the following reasons:

1) Selectel is a drain on Xecom's financial and management resources and is now gone. I see nothing of significance that Selectel is contributing in terms of revenues.

2) It adds $1.5 million which is needed to proceed with the installation of the phone lines on the military bases

The bad news is that Xecom needs $10 million total of additional financing to complete the military installations and they now seem to have gotten only $1.5 million of this. But this is a start and will buy some time.

I have a question for anybody on the following exerpt "With the sale of SelecTel, the company's balance sheet vastly improves, which will
qualify the Company to be a non-designated security". Firstly how does $1.5 million "vastly" improve the balance sheet ? What's the relevance of qualifying to be a "non-designated security" ?

Any other feedback on the new release anyone ?
