No spin here - this guy used his first amendment rights to say all kinds of things he could not be detained for and everyone else was denied their second amendment rights of self defense.

re:Filing off the numbers was unnecessary

Same for "Gun free zones", carrying concealed a gun without a concealed carry permit and removing of serial numbers all of which could have put him in jail for years before he ever pulled the trigger. You know he even bought the guns legally and weeks before the shooting, so much his "cooling off period".

Already we're hearing of stories of people who tried to stop this guy - ask anyone of them if they wished they'd had a gun available and I'll bet they'd say "hell yes, I would have shot that asshole".

Just because you're a willing victim doesn't mean the rest of us wish to join you.
